Registration FAQs

Our team will email you within 2 business days of your submission with bank details and payment instructions. Your seat is reserved for 72 hours from that email. If payment is not received within 72 hours, your spot may be offered to the next applicant.

Yes — submit a separate registration form for each cup. The sessions run across different weekends so there is no schedule conflict between Vibe Coding and Entrepreneurship. IoT & Robotics is on Saturdays in August. Confirm dates before registering for two.

Yes, before payment is made. Email info@techtree.io with your name and preferred cup. After payment is confirmed, transfers are subject to availability and a fee difference may apply.

All three cups are individual entry — each student registers and competes on their own. The Entrepreneurship Cup is solo by design. Vibe Coding and IoT & Robotics also require individual registration even if you attend with friends.

The fee is non-refundable once payment is received. If TechTree cancels an edition, a full refund is issued. If a participant withdraws after payment, we encourage transferring the spot to another student — email us to arrange this.
